Based in Norman, Oklahoma, we design and execute highly customized and unique events for every type of occasion. Whether it be

Meet the owner of Countdown Events, Shannan Hinckley. Shannan specializes in design, style, and coordination services. She is an integral part of the company and her many years in the entertainment industry have helped to evolve Countdown Events into what it is today.

Shannan was amazing to work with. Planning a wedding is so stressful, especially when you and your husband are both full time at your jobs and many vendors don't have weekend availability to meet. Shannan made it so easy and got us connected with many of our vendors. Within a month of the wedding, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. She was able to get with her baker and get us gluten free desserts and ceremony cake.
I also decided on videography pretty close to the wedding.
She got us in contact with her amazing videographer and even helped facilitate our meeting.
We have footage of our entire
3-hour wedding of all parts.
The day of the wedding, I couldn't have done it without her and the Countdown Events team. I didn't have to lift a finger all day and got to enjoy my family, friends and most importantly my new husband.
If stomething went wrong,
I still don't know because it
was all so smooth.
I wish I could get married or have another party just so Shannan could coordinate again.
